For over 24 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities. a mascot, Bigfoot represents what we believe makes Colorado special adventure, authenticity, and the excitement of discovering something extraordinary. I’ve roamed forests all my life, but even I can’t disappear as fast as Dean can make a “For Sale” sign disappear. The legend is real, and no, I’m not talking about me.

When Dean is busy making real estate magic happen, Joshua Rocus is there answering your questions, keeping things stress-free, and making sure the only mystery left is why people still think I’m blurry in every photo.

My hobbies include leaving giant footprints, avoiding cameras, and recommending Dean Chaney to anyone looking for a legendary Realtor.
